Why? Why? Why?

Ninang Denden is gifted in ideas and in art (drawing, calligraphy, designing crafts and journals) while Tita Trin dabbles in writing. Both ladies believe that honing their God-given skills to bring people at least one step closer to The Lord Jesus is worth plunging into. Who among us wouldn't want a hug from the Creator and a proud, "Well done, My good and faithful servant. Enter into My joy!" someday?

Ninang Denden proposed having this blog in 2019. Tita Trin conveyed her eager support promptly but the idea didn't hatch until God plopped Ninang Denden in a "waiting room". A few weeks later, it was Tita Trin's turn to whiz into the same room where Ninang Denden was. Little did they know that that "waiting room" has a weird salon where pretty things come to fruition.

Hi! In my 33 years, I have lived for at least three weeks in 20 houses. Fifteen times, at least, I moved from city to city, town to town and country to country to country. I have also had 11 different jobs with 8 different organizations. I seem unstable and homeless but the Bible says that God is my stability and heaven is where my permanent residency lies. Thus, my heart is at rest 

Shalom! I am your doubting ninang who needs extra grace. I am a Christian who wrestles with God, an imp who struggles with life's lemons, a wife who sees cooking as a brawl, a nurse who has a love-hate relationship with her career, a trying-hard frugal millennial, and a passionate artist.  Despite my flaws, Jesus is my plastic surgeon and He is using me all for His glory. Testify, Sister; Testify!
